Corrado Poli

Corrado Poli, an editorialist and author, is also a licensed university professor of GEOGRAPHY. He has taught Urban Geography and Planning at several Universities in the U.S. (mostly at Johns Hopkins University), Australia, France, and Italy. Corrado has designed and directed an International Master's program in Sustainable Urban Management. From 2004 to 2012, he has taught Economics and Environmental Ethics at the University of Bergamo, Italy.
From 2008 to 2011, Corrado served as President of the International Urban Fellows Association (IPS-IUFA) established at the Johns Hopkins University Institute for Policy Studies, Baltimore, Md. This association includes more than 300 scholars, professionals, politicians, and members of central and local governments from Europe and the US. The IPS-IUFA Annual Conferences, held in a number of European cities and in Baltimore since 1970, have been a significant source of information for Corrado’s essays.
